Hey, I'm Britt!

Movement has always been a part of who I am. Growing up, I was constantly involved in sports and stayed active through my college years. I attended San Diego State University, where I played club soccer, was a member of Alpha Chi Omega Sorority, and earned my Bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Psychology.

After college, I combined my love of health, fitness, and creativity by blogging for brands like Cuisinart and Ninja. I developed recipes, wrote health and fitness content, and hosted product videos. I also spent several years in corporate sales, first in the wine industry and later in pharmaceutical sales.

I met my husband in the Bay Area, and two years later we were married. Not long after becoming a mom, I realized my heart was pulling me in a different direction. While I enjoyed my career in sales, I felt called to build something of my own... something that allowed me to help women while also being present for my growing family.

That's when I started sharing my health and fitness journey.

Today, I help busy moms build strength, create healthy habits, and feel confident in their own skin without spending hours in the gym or obsessing over food. My approach is simple: fitness should fit your life, not take it over. I believe the basics work, consistency matters more than perfection, and feeling your best shouldn't require an all-or-nothing mindset.

My goal is to help women create a healthy lifestyle they can actually sustain... one that gives them more energy, more confidence, and more freedom to enjoy the life they're working so hard to build.

HOW I GOT INTO PRE + POSTNATAL FITNESS

Right as the pandemic hit and the world went into lockdown, I found out I was expecting our second child... I searched online for prenatal workouts, but was left feeling uninspired and dissatisfied with the existing programs that I had found. So, I took matters into my own hands and got certified as a Personal Trainer & Pre + Postnatal Fitness Specialist and decided to create my own workouts, tailored to this special journey.

What I understood after becoming a Certified Pre + Postnatal Fitness Specialist:

Contrary to old beliefs, pregnant women are far from fragile. In fact, the pregnant body is incredibly capable and resilient. I now view pregnancy as an opportunity for growth – both for baby and mom.

I want moms-to-be to understand that fitness is so much more than just the physical aspect; it's about building resilience, confidence, and a mindset that acknowledges the potential within. This newfound sense of strength becomes a foundation for the demands of motherhood.

Equally vital on this journey is the importance of enjoying your workouts. Pregnancy & postpartum can be a rollercoaster, and exercise should be a source of joy amidst the crazy changes. I've learned from personal experience, that when you find exercises that make you feel good and energized, you're more likely to stay committed and consistent.

My ultimate goal?

To help you create a balanced & sustainable fitness routine with healthful habits that extend beyond pregnancy and become a lasting part of your lifestyle.

The inspiration behind my workouts:

I wanted quick and effective, athletic style workouts that mixed cardio, coordination & strength - with dynamic exercises that would keep me energized and motivated throughout pregnancy, help me maintain my overall fitness and boost my endurance for the physical demands of childbirth & motherhood. My goal was to create workouts that were fun, fresh and challenging, while keeping safety as the #1 priority for both myself and baby.

I hope you love these workouts, I hope these guides help you feel strong, confident, happy, healthy and energized through pregnancy & postpartum.

I am incredibly grateful to support you during this special time in your life. Thank you for trusting me with your prenatal & postpartum fitness journey.
